The Essex County Estate Planning Council would like to welcome two new members, whose applications were approved at the May board meeting.
Robert P. Goldman, managing partner of Bob Goldman Law, LLP in Salem, MA and a 1986 graduate of NYU School of Law, has practiced for 29 years in tax and estate planning, concentrating on sophisticated transfer strategies and advising donors to charities and charitable organizations. Mr. Goldman is currently the president of the Board of Directors of Cohen Hillel Academy in Marblehead and a board member of the North Shore Alliance for GLBT Youth. Mr. Goldman’s professional honors include being appointed a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and co-chair of the Boston Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section.
Jeffrey W. Roberts, partner at Nutter, McClennen & Fish, LLP in Boston, was admitted to the bar in 2002 and his firm practice includes all aspects of estate tax planning for high net worth individuals, trust and estate administration and charitable giving. Mr. Roberts, a 2002 graduate of Boston College Law School, is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and the Boston Probate Forum and has a long list of publication credits.
